Eagle Roller Mill began as a little hammer mill located on Beaver Dam Creek here in Cleveland County. In the early 1900s, the roller mill moved to its present location on East Avenue and began milling flour and cornmeal, including the flour brands Coma Lily, Isaac Shelby, Cherokee, White Stag and Carolina Made. As times changed, the mill began producing poultry feed and then went into a full line of animal feed manufacturing. Eagle Roller Mill has been manufacturing Cleveland Feeds since 1923. In early 1999, Eagle Roller Mill added Animal Health and pet supplies to their line. Later that year, a new office and 50,000 sq. ft. distribution warehouse was built at 1101 Airport Road. After 79 years, Eagle Roller Mill continues to grow with over 400 dealers in the two Carolinas.
